Alasdair Methven acting for clients BUPA were appointed to project manage the new Restaurant and Servery in BUPA's Head Office Complex at Salford Quays, Manchester.
Work carried out
BUPA commissioned a complete design and renewal project of its main office servery and restaurant area in Salford Quays.
The work carried out by Howell Cummings Catering Equipment Ltd included the design, supply and installation of the servery counters and display units.
We were able to provide BUPA with a bespoke design along with rendered 3D virtual images of the proposed scheme to allow members of staff an insight of the completed works prior to commencement.
The works were undertaken in August 2011. As part of the project works, a temporary servery facility was provided by Howell Cummings whilst the main works were completed. This allowed BUPA to continue to provide a catering facility for its own staff during the new construction works. Completion was achieved on time for the scheduled re-opening on Tuesday 30th August 2011.
