Rudy Imhoof, RJI Business Solutions is now working with Howell Cummings to offer his services, through Howell Cummings, to any interested school, being it public or private
Having managed a large local authority and working closely with the School Food Trust (SFT) Rudy Imhoof is in a unique position to offer authorities, trusts or individual schools very recent and relevant experience in the management and promotion of school food.
Focused on a holistic approach of bringing food into the school and the classroom and creating an enthusiasm for fresh local food and a joy of cooking.
Here are some examples of the services we can provide:
- Recipe development and promotion of the menu
- Catering Roadshows on food preparation and presentation for school cooks
- Catering Roadshows for the whole school from assembly to lunch involving teachers, classroom assistants, school cooks, dining room staff and the pupils.
- Lunchtime supervisor training on the menu, basic nutrition and the importance of providing the right dining room environment
- Parental engagement on the school food agenda
- Advice on healthy packed lunches
- Creating and managing an 'out of hours' cookery club
