Working closely with the College through HBG Construction we designed a full working kitchen.

The students are now in the building and catering service has commenced. I have asked the staff that has to deliver the service how it is allworking out and they are full of praise of the kitchen facilities and design. As with all new buildings and services we are having to get used to things in general but the catering staff have quickly got to grips with delivering their service within the allotted time and to the satisfaction of the users. This is principally thanks to the splendid design of the kitchen and serving areas.
