Howell-Cummings have been an excellent partner in supplying our production kitchen in our new state-of-the-art salmon smokery, adjacent to the London Olympic Park. Under difficult circumstances with an extremely tight timescale, H-C advised on the full kitchen de- sign providing us flexibility to allow the facility to be used as a production kitchen, a development kitchen and also extend into a restaurant kitchen.
The implemementation is currently under-way and H-C are working efficiently and closely with our general building contractor to avoid problems and find effective solutions. They have also given very comprehensive advice on the supply of equipment and provided demon- strations at the equipment manufacturer’s premises. We would have no hesitation in recommend- ing them.
