Worked with the College Lectures and the Principal to produce a project that they where extremely happy with and it worked for them.

- Bistro Kitchen
- Refectory Kitchen

Newly opened in Autumn 2008 Middlesbrough College has moved to new, state-of-the-art facilities in a purpose-built building on a site near to the centre of Middlesbrough. The College, which is a Centre of Vocational Excellence for Catering and Hospitality, chose Howell Cummings and Electrolux to provide and install catering equipment in the new £68million building, which is at the heart of the Middlehaven regeneration scheme in central Middlesbrough. Martin Peagam, Assistant Principal explains; ‘We approached Howell Cummings because we knew, from having worked with them on previous projects that they are passionate about what they do.’
As a preferred partner for Electrolux, Howell Cummings
specified the optimum in equipment from Elco 700HP line modular cooking to the Molteni cooking range. The blue enamelled Molteni is a magnificent centrepiece of equipment used around the world at many prestigious sites. Martin explains; ’…the Molteni range… symbolises our desire to provide top-quality facilities for our students”. Electrolux equipment can be found in the college’s six training kitchens, two of which service the Restaurant and Bistro, and also in the refectory, demonstration theatre and the central stores.
