Jean-Christophe Novelli was looking to refurbish an old historic public house/restuarant and through numerous discussions a design was made to ensure all his requests where met.
Work carried out
We installed a full range of Electrolux Equipment to help Jean-Christophe Novelli provide the quality of food he is famous for.
Within this project we installed:-
- A hot pass area
- Dishwash Area
- Walk In Cold Rooms
- Various cooking Equipment
- Fabrication
